Licence conditions (15)
  1. The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council.
  2. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors and in the car park area reminding patrons to leave quietly.
  3. That on occasions that regulated entertainment is being provided between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential properties and at all other times shall not cause a nuisance.
  4. No unaccompanied children under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises during the operation of the licence at any time.
  5. The side door to the function room shall be fitted with a self closing device and shall be used as the designated entry and exit point whilst the Premises Licence is in use. The side door in the function room shall not be propped or held open.
  6. The rear door shall be closed at all times apart from in emergencies.
  7. The use of the beer garden shall cease by 21:00.
  8. The premises shall only be used for pre-booked private functions.
  9. No sale of alcohol shall be made unless the designated premises supervisor or a personal licence holder is present on the premises.
  10. That the premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide ID. The only ID accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority
  11. That notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  12. That a book, or other form of record, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded. That this "challenge book", or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
  13. A CCTV camera shall be in operation at all times when the premises operate in accordance with the licence to monitor arrivals to and departures from the premises.
  14. That late night refreshment shall be limited to the provision of hot drinks only and for consumption on the premises only.
  15. By 31 October 2013 change the layout of the premises, which includes installing a new double door at the side of the building allowing direct entry to the function room, a disabled ramp and a small external covered porch, together with changes to the fixed seating in the premises;
