Licence conditions (15)

The premises will operate strictly as a restaurant at all times. Alcohol shall only be sold strictly ancillary to food, and consumed by persons taking a table meal which has been prepared on the premises or those waiting to be seated prior to having a table meal. All service of drinks to be made by waiting staff only whilst customers are in the restaurant. Customers intending to have a meal will be permitted to have a drink before, during and after a meal. Customers in the bar area waiting to have a meal or after their meal may purchase drinks at the bar, but must seated in the waiting area to consume them.
There will be no vertical drinking at the premises at any time.
A food offer shall be available until 23:30 hours on Sunday to Thursday and 00.30 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holiday Sundays and on days where non-standard timings apply.
There shall be no admission or readmission to the premises after 23:30 hours Sunday to Thursday and 00:00 hours Fridays, Saturdays and during days where non-standard timings apply, other than for the readmission of customers who have left the premises for the sole purpose of smoking.
A maximum of 8 smokers will be permitted to be immediately outside the premises at any time after 21:00 hours.
When the area immediately outside of the premises is used by customers after 21:00 hours for smoking, a member of staff shall be on duty to monitor compliance with use of the area for the purpose of smoking only.
Customers may not remove any bottles, glasses or drinks from the premises at any time.
The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; and c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
A minimum of two (2) SIA licensed door supervisors shall be on duty at the premises from 21:00 hours and shall remain on duty until 15 minutes after the premises are closed on Fridays and Saturdays, Bank Holiday Sundays and days where non-standard timings apply. The door supervisors shall record details of their attendance in the relevant part of the incident book and shall record the following details: dates & times of attendance, full name & address, SIA licence number, signature and if employed by a security company the name and address of that company.
Door supervisors when on duty and at other times a member of staff will be placed on the exit door at close each night to remind customers to leave quietly, ensure no glasses, bottles or drinks are removed from the restaurant and ensure customers do not loiter outside the premises. The door supervisor(s) when on duty or at other times a staff member will follow the dispersal policy to ensure the quiet and orderly departure of customers.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s)/and inside at the premises bar servery area.
