When the premises operates after 23:00 hours only 4 customers shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
The provision of late night refreshment after 23:00 hours shall be restricted to consumption off the premises only. For the avoidance of doubt, only a takeaway service is to be provided after 23:00 hours.
The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images; and c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original CCTV images shall be shown immediately upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
Clear and legible signage shall be prominently displayed at the exit door reminding patrons to leave quietly.
No background music of any type shall be permitted after 23:00 hours.
No children shall be permitted to enter the premises without an adult.
