On Licence sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts and loads nothing from third parties. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What is logged

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and stop abuse. Searches you type are sent to our server to find matches and are not stored against you.

Data about premises

Records come from registers that licensing authorities are required by law to make public. We publish business and premises details, not the names of licence holders who are individuals. To ask for a record to be corrected or reviewed, email hello@onlicence.uk.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or erase it under UK GDPR. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
