Alcohol may only be sold to persons having a table meal, waiting to be seated prior to having a table meal or ordering a takeaway meal.
Any alcohol supplied with a takeaway meal (whether delivered or collected) shall be ancillary to such a meal.
Alcohol sold for consumption off the premises, will include delivery of alcohol with a takeaway meal and in that event the following will apply: a) Training will be given to all staff involved in taking orders and delivery of alcohol on commencement of employment and thereafter every 6 months, this training will be recorded and these records will be available for inspection by a police community support Officer or Officer of the Council. b) Upon receipt of an order the customer's details will be taken and age verified. c) Customers will be advised of the Challenge 25 procedure. Challenge 25 will also be advertised on all takeaway menus printed after the commencement of the licence. d) The customer will be advised that if no person is in attendance who has proof of ID by either a passport, photo driving licence or PASS approved card alcohol will not be delivered. e) Alcohol will only be sold for consumption in sealed containers.
No entertainment of an adult style or nature shall be provided at the premises.
