All staff will be trained so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the licensing objectives with particular attention to: No selling of alcohol to underage children; no drunk and disorderly behaviour in the premises area; no violent or antisocial behaviour and no harm to children. Staff will also be trained about emergency and general safety precautions and procedures. Staff training records will be kept, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to officer of the local authority and or the Police.

The licence holder/DPS shall always maintain an incident book on the premises. The book shall detail any incident/injury/ejection/refusals/drug misuse/seizure/age challenge. Such matters shall be timed, dated, and signed by the author and produced to Police/Authorised Licensing Officers on request. Public safety
All electrical systems will be tested annually by a qualified specialist.
All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site as to be available to view at request.
Fire safety measures will be maintained regularly and will be determined by a fire risk assessment in accordance with the regulatory reform (fire safety) order 2005.
An adequate supply of first aid equipment will be available on the premises. Prevention of public nuisance
The volume of the amplification for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential dwellings.
A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the premises and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that the volume is maintained at the reduced level.
The Licensee shall take the appropriate steps (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers behave in a quiet manner when using the outside area(s) of the premises and when departing in the evening.
In events of amplified music or speech all external doors will be kept shut other than for access or egress.
Adequate waste receptacles for use by customers will be priovided and staff will ensure the premises and the communal area will be regularly checked and cleaned/rubbish disposed of if necessary.
Staff will be trained to patrol premises to ensure the orderly conduct of patrons. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
Any restrictions to the admission of children will be displayed on the outside of the premises.
