Licence conditions (23)
  1. General Crime and Disorder  The premises will be a member of Nightsafe.  All policies and logs will be available to police and local authorities on demand.
  2. The Licensee will ensure that a random search policy is in operation whilst the premises is operating as a nightclub and a drugs amnesty bin will be available at all times.
  3. The Licensee will be a member of the pub link radio system.
  4. All relevant staff will have use of the internal radio system.
  5. Incident and refusals register will be kept and maintained on the premises.
  6. Polycarbonate/plastic containers and/or cans shall be used at all times after 9pm. ALL glass ware including glass bottles will be collected at 9pm.
  7. The Licensee will ensure that a regular drinking vessel collection is maintained, and that adequate numbers of staff are employed to carry out this role whilst operating as a nightclub.
  8. The capacity in the premises shall be recorded by clicker counting system and recorded whilst operating as a nightclub.
  9. CCTV will be maintained on the premises, and footage stored on a hard drive and the information retained for 14 days and will be available to police and local authorities on demand. Cameras shall encompass ingress and egress to the premises. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and be correctly timed and dated. The Licensee will ensure that someone is available at all times who is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage. In event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Licensee will report failure to the Police and Licensing Authority immediately.
  10. Relevant training in all policies and procedures will be given to all staff engaging in alcohol retail.
  11. No member of the public under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises whilst operating as a nightclub.
  12. The licence holder shall ensure that all door supervisors who are on duty complete an attendance book at the beginning of each shift that they are working (or no later than one hour after they start work), with their full name and SIA licence number.
  13. All door supervisors will display their SIA licence in a high visibility armband.
  14. Door supervisors will be employed at all times that the premises are being exclusively used as a nightclub and at any other time considered appropriate by the licence holder.
  15. Whilst operating as a nightclub the ratio of door supervisors to customers will be as follows:
  16. door supervisors - up to 100 customers
  17. door supervisors - 100 - 200 customers
  18. door supervisors - 200 - 300 customers
  19. door supervisors - 300+ customers
  20. All instances of drunkenness, disorder, drug use or violence will be challenged. Public Safety CCTV is to be installed into the premises. The CCTV will be stored on a hard drive and the information will be retained for 14 days. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  21. The licensee will ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.
  22. All external windows and doors to the premises, shall be kept closed, other than for access and egress, at all times when regulated entertainment is taking place.
  23. The volume of the amplification system used for any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties. Protection of children from harm Any form of ID pass accredited is accepted.
