Licence conditions (22)

The licensee shall ensure the premises will have sufficient and competent staff on duty to fulfil the terms of the licence.
The licence holder shall ensure all staff are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. This training can be done in house and the training records should be kept on the premises and must be made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the local authority or an authorised member of Suffolk Constabulary immediately upon request. This training must be updated every six months. The prevention of crime and disorder.
The premise licence holder will ensure any instance of criminal nature will be reported to Police.
The licence holder shall ensure the CCTV that is installed throughout the premises will be maintained and in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 7 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand.
The Licensee will display any notices relating to crime prevention at the request of Suffolk Constabulary.
The Licensee will inform the Police of the name(s) of customer(s) involved in alcohol or drug misuse.
The Licensee will ensure that house managers/staff are adequately trained on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
The Licensee will refuse to serve anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
Where individuals are seen to be a threat to public safety the Licensee and/or staff members will call the police.
