There will be prominent signage displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation in the container park. Public Safety
The premises licence holder shall record and maintain a health and safety policy and risk assessments.
There shall be employers and public liability insurance in place.
There shall be sufficient lighting internally and externally.
There will be regular fire safety checks.
There shall be annual inspections of safety equipment. The prevention of public nuisance
There shall be no speakers or sound system cable of providing very loud sound.
Bins will be emptied at reasonable times of the day so not to cause disturbance to nearby residents. The protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation.
The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
The licence holder shall keep and maintain a refusals register on the premises which will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request
