General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard an at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request:  Fire and Safety appliances
The Licensee will ensure that the premises will be managed in accordance with the rules of the club. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that all members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
The Licensee will ensure that the consumption of alcohol is restricted to Lounge Bar, Dining/Wet Bar, Patio, Balcony and Office areas. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that in the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public will be fully operational.
The Licensee will ensure that at the point of access/egress to the premises a non-slip surface ramp is provided for easy access.
The Licensee will ensure that all fire doors are maintained so as to be effectively self-closing and not held open other than by approved devices.
The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British 5. 5. The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that members will be advised to leave the premises quietly.
The Licensee will ensure that the use of outside areas including the beer garden and external seating shall not be permitted after 23:30hrs.
The Licensee will ensure that the volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential properties.
The Licensee will ensure that no outdoor music shall be played after 22:30hrs, in the evening.
The Licensee will ensure that all outdoor music events shall be notified in writing to the Environmental Protection Section at Suffolk Coastal District Council at least 14 days prior to the event.
The Licensee will ensure that after 22:30hrs all external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when amplified music and amplified speech is taking place. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that the club rules are adhered to in respect of the non-admission of junior members to the bar area of the club premises.
Children will be supervised at all times whilst they are on the premises
