Where a club premises certificate authorises the supply of alcohol, the certificate must include the following conditions:
Where a Club Premises Certificate authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: (1) The supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises, (2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container, any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
General Conditions
The premises will be managed in accordance with Club rules. Crime and Disorder
All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that the maximum permitted number of persons on the premise will not exceed 99. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that any external lighting provided will be positioned so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbouring or adjoining properties.
Any external area shall not be used by patrons after 23:30hrs.
After 23:30hrs all external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when amplified music is taking place.
The volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential properties.
A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes in noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.
In the event that additional ventilation is installed within the premises, the proposed scheme shall be submitted to the Head of Health, and only a scheme approved by the Head of Health shall be installed at the premises and maintained in the approved form thereafter. The Licensee will ensure that children under the age of 16 are accompanied at all times by an adult while they are on the premises.
The Licensee and/or staff will monitor AWP(s) to ensure non-use by under-18s. A sign confirming age prohibition will also be clearly displayed near the machine(s).
