General Conditions Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that training is provided to all staff relating to drunkenness and drug awareness.
The Licensee will ensure that glasses are regularly collected during opening hours.
The Licensee will ensure that proof of age identification will be requested as required.
The Licensee will restrict entry to the premises to any new customer(s) after 23:00 hours and will provide signage to this effect.
The Licensee will adopt a proof of age scheme.
The Licensee will adopt a refusal register.
The Licensee will ensure that excessive ordering of alcohol is not allowed when last orders have been called.
The Licensee will not adopt any drink promotions activities that will undermine a policy of responsible drinking.
The Licensee will ensure that non-alcoholic drink is available at all times on the premises.
The Licensee will ensure that trained staff will remain on the premises until all customers have left the bar area and to oversee safe, orderly and quiet departure.
In the event of opening at 07:00 hrs staff will be aware of and adopt a positive policy to dissuade drink driving. Public Safety

The Licensee will ensure that during regulated entertainment, all external doors and windows will be kept closed except for routine access and egress.
The Licensee will ensure that signage will be clearly displayed at exits requesting customers to leave quietly.
The volume of amplification system used in connection with any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundary of any nearby residential property.
During regulated entertainment of any description the side elevation door fronting Paradise Place shall not be used for access to, or egress from, the premises except in emergency circumstances. A sign shall be displayed on the outside of the door stating that it shall not be used for access to the premises during regulated entertainment. A sign shall be displayed on the inside of the door stating that it shall not be used for egress from the premises during regulated entertainment.
The external seating area at the front of the premises shall not be used for any purpose, which includes the consumption of food and drink purchased on the premises,after 23:00 hours. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that proof of age identification will be requested by staff as required.
A Licensee will ensure that a first aid kit will be maintained on the premises for customers and staff.
The Licensee will ensure that children under the proper supervision of an accompanying adult are allowed in the pub garden area until 21:00hrs.
The Licensee will ensure that children are not allowed at the bar, unless attending a private party, are not permitted inside the premises after 19:00hrs.
