Licence conditions (15)

The licence holder will ensure that there will be a refusal logbook detailing whenever a sale of alcohol is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18. This log will be kept on the premises and will be made available to authorities on request.
The licence holder shall ensure that all staff will receive training so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives, and the responsible sale of alcohol. Training records will be kept on the premises and will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. The prevention of crime and disorder
The licence holder shall ensure that regular checks are conducted of toilets and other public areas to prevent unacceptable or illegal activity and to ensure it is kept clean and tidy. Public saftey
The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is sufficient staffing at all events dependant on the number of guests attending.

The licence holder will ensure the use of the beach side lawn will not be permited after 20:00 Hours.
The licence holder will ensure that the use of outside areas including the beer garden and external seating shall not be permitted after 23:00 hours.
The licence holder will ensure that the volume of the amplification system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non- intrusive at nearby residential properties and strictly controlled in all areas.
The windows to the fuction room used for the playing of music shall be kept closed when the muscial enterainment (other than background music) is taking place.
The external doors to any function room used for the playing of music shall be kept firmly closed when musical entertainment (other than background music) is taking place.
In the event that addional ventilation is necessary to the function room , a detailed scheme shall be submitted to the Enviromental Protection Team and only an approved scheme shall be fitted. The protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
The premises licence holder shall have a guest list for each event and the number of children present will be stated.
The premises licence holder shall ensure a Safeguarding Policy is in place with a company designated safegurading officer for The Hotel Folk.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the Summer programe will have addtional risk assessments.
