  6. Residential Caretaker in addition to duty caretaker.
  7. External Hirers are required to meet certain conditions before booking accepted.
  8. Public Safety:
  9. After 5pm only school staff and external hirers are on premises and since the school has no public thoroughfares there is very limited risj to the general public.
  10. All Health & Safety and Fire precautions are in place
  11. School premises covered by continuous maintenance policy
  12. The prevention of public nuisance:
  13. Residential Caretaker in addition to duty caretaker
  14. External Hirers are required to meet certain conditions before booking acccepted.
  15. Function halls where most late night events take place are good distances from any neighbours.
  16. There will be no sale of alcohol unless applied for under a separate licence.
  17. Where external lettings take place outside, the 'noise' element will be limited to an earlier finish (see section above)
  18. The Prevention of children from harm:
