Additional Steps Taken in order to Promote the Four Licensing Objectives:
General:-
Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed:
30 minute "drinking up" time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc.
In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use escape routes without impediment.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
The Public house and garden are well lit externally
The retailer is an active member of Pubwatch
Most customers are local
Public Safety:-
There is the appropriate firefighting equipment which is regularly checked by a professional company
There is emergency lighting installed through out
There are illuminated emergency exit signs over the exits
The Smoking Charter is clearly displayed in the entrance
The Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
All doors and windows are lockable
The fabric of the building retains sound
Customers are requested to leave the premises quietly
The Protection of Children from Harm:-
There is no nudity or partial nudity at the premises
Children are only allowed if accompanied with an adult up to 22.00
Children are only allowed in the raised area away from the bar and gaming machine

As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 75.
Live Music (and the provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description) events to be limited to 120 in any 12 month period.
Live music and the provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description to end by 23.00 hours on Monday to Saturday and 22.30 hours on Sundays including Bank Holiday weekends.
Recorded Music to match the supply of alcohol
Suitable and conspicuous notices to be displayed at all entrances and exits in appropriate places reminding patrons it is a residential area and to leave quietly.
Signage to encourage customers to obtain taxis through the bar staff. The Licensee to encourage the taxis used not to sound their horns or run their engines when waiting for patrons

No music to be played in or transmitted to the outside area.
