The Prevention of Public Nuisance: • All doors and windows to be closed by 22.30 hours except for egress and ingress. • All doors and windows to be closed during regulated entertainment (except recorded music ancillary to the sale of alcohol) except for egress and ingress. • No music to be played in or transmitted to the outside area and no external speakers. • Licensee and staff to remind all patrons that it is a residential area and to leave quietly. • Signage on all exits and in the car park asking patrons to leave quietly. • Signage on all exits including the gate to the Common asking patrons not to take glasses, bottles and cans onto the Common • Signage to be displayed asking patrons to order taxis via the bar staff.
