CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly time & date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above in conspicuous positions. That the premises will not be opened until such time that all works required by the Fire & Rescue Authority have been completed; that the Fire & Rescue Authority are notified on completion and an inspection of the premises by the Fire & Rescue Authority, to verify that said works have been completed, is facilitated. A Notice reminding people to be quiet shall be displayed at the exit. There shall be no external speakers.
All doors and windows are to be kept closed after 20.00 hours, except for ingress or egress. The Premises Licence Holder/Designated Premises Supervisor/ Duty Manager shall take all reasonable steps to prevent annoyance or nuisance by persons leaving the premises. The external seating area for the consumption of alcohol and food should be cleared by 22.00 hours each day and this includes all tables, chairs and screens, save for one table to be used to facilitate smokers.
