Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises. This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985. Written training policies and formal training programmes shall be in place to ensure staff are equipped to meet all licensing objectives. All training and revision/refresher materials shall be reviewed regularly. All measures currently in place during licensing hours shall continue to be in place during any additional hours that alcohol shall be sold in the store. To operate the existing CCTV system at all times at the premises, which shall be maintained. Tapes and visual images recorded and retained for a period of 21 days and must be handed to the Police on request. Appropriate signage representative of the above in conspicuous positions.
