The following non standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: On New Year’s Eve:- Opening hours 08:00 to 01:00. Supply of Alcohol 10:00 to 00:30. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:00. Dancing 18:00 to 01:00. Live Music 12:00 to 01:00. Recorded Music 08:00 to 01:00. During Southport Jazz Festival:- Opening hours 08:00 to 01:00. Supply of Alcohol 10:00 to 00:30. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:00. Live Music 12:00 to 01:00. All team members shall be trained to comply with the Licensing Act 2003. The pavement café shall not be open for business outside the hours of 08:00 to 22:00. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and recordings kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Licensee or other responsible named individual. There shall be a trained manager on duty at all times. Team members shall be trained in crime prevention measures. Team members shall be trained in Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Food Safety issues. Training shall be updated regularly, with training records kept. There shall be no happy hours or irresponsible drink promotions. The premises shall implement a proof of age scheme. Children shall not be permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
