All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age card carry a PASS logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. The premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the local Authority knock back scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar of a similar nature that may be introduced. All staff employed at the premises will receive training every six months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. Alcohol will only be sold for consumption on the premises to those persons tasting/sampling food products sold in the premises. No open vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area shown on the deposited plan. There shall be no late night promoted events at the premises. An incident log shall be kept of any crimes committed in or reported to the outlet; any incidences of disorder, and any refusal of the sale of alcohol. The main shop areas of wine/beer for sale in the premises shall be out of view of the shop window. No loud music or large scale events shall be carried out within the premises.
