The following non-standard timings shall be applicable to the listed activities: Supply of alcohol: Christmas Eve from the end of permitted hours until 01.00 hours on Christmas Day Hours premises are open to the public: Christmas Eve from the end of permitted hours until 01.30 hours on Christmas Day Regulated entertainment to be permitted on Christmas Eve from the start of permitted hours until 01.00 hours on Christmas Day The premises are permitted to open from the commencement of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the terminal hour on New Years Day. All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summonded, are to be appropriately displayed. All external doors and windows to remain closed when regulated entertainment is taking place inside the premises after 22:00, save for access & egress and in case of an emergency A sign shall be located at the exits requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours. No-one under the age of 16 shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 22.00hrs save on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. The fire doors opening on to Seabank Road are to be kept closed at all times except in the case of an emergency and a notice to patrons to this effect is to be displayed on the doors. The sale of alcohol from the beer garden shall be permitted until 22:00. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing good quality in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. External cameras will cover the beer garden at the front of the premises.
