Licence conditions (20)

CCTV shall be installed and kept in good workin order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
Lighting shall be used during hours of darkness in all public areas, and in areas where the public have access.
On occasions of school events, there shall be adequate staff/stewards available to ensure supervision of patrons.
Staff shall be trained to identify any person who is under the influence of any illegal, illicit or intoxicating substance, or any person who is behaving in a disorderly or aggressive manner. Any such person shall be escorted from the area of licensable activity.
Each event shall be risk assessed to determine whether any special measures need to be introduced to ensure public safety. A copy of the risk assessment for each event shall be retained for inspection upon request by any authorised person.
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
All staff who are involved in supervising events shall be trained in Child Protection.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.

Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
'New type' driving licence with photograph.
Valid UK Passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
Routes of access or egress from the site, by members of the public, shall not be sited at or near any areas of the school used for the boarding or pupils or staff.
No entertainment in the form of a nude, adult or sexual nature is to be permitted on the premises.
All doors and windows will be kept closed after 21.00hrs when live or recorded music or karaoke or amplified sound or voice is taking place.
The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is audible at noise sensitive dwellings.
The outdoor area, shall not be used for the supply of alcohol or any regulated entertainment after 18:00hrs.
The supply of alcohol shall be permitted Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00hrs.
