The premises shall not be used in any manner which is detrimental to the amenities of the locality and no music and/or any other amplified sound shall be audible at the boundary of any (noise sensitive) (occupied) premises in the vicinity of the premises to which this Licence refers.
A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 15 March 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 09 February 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
A new Fire Alarm Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 09 February 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 17 October 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
The hall has limited facilities for the preparation of food. Caterers using the hall must ensure that they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.
The panic bar units fitted to the two Fire Exit doors leading to the open air from the main hall are to be maintained to ensure the doors open on normal pressure exerted on the bar.
