  1. A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 10 January 2006 and thereafter annually on the anniversary of this date.
  2. A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 28 April 2006 and thereafter annually on the anniversary of this date.
  3. A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 28 April 2006 and thereafter annually on the anniversary of this date.
  4. Anyone using the catering facilities at this hall, must make ensure that they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995. THE STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENSED BY MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL APPLY. A COPY OF THESE CONDITIONS IS ATTACHED AS 'ANNEXE 6'.
