Licence conditions (23)

The premises shall adopt available best practice guidance, for example Point of Sale Promotions BBPA.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are, or are suspected of being intoxicated.
Staff shall carry out regular checks of the toilet areas and other areas identified, to counter the use, selling or possession of drugs or other illegal or illicit substances.
The Licence holder, manager, DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that no violent or anti-social behaviour is permitted on the premises
The external area of the premises shall be well illuminated.
There shall be no access to the Garden Area other than via the Public House.
On occasions of special events where public numbers are likely to exceed average, there shall be adequate additional staff/stewards available to ensure safety of patrons.
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
Cigarette dispensing machines shall be situated where they can be observed by staff at all times the premises is open to the public.
A non smoking area shall be set aside and made available to all persons using the premises.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.

A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 24 April 2004, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.
A new Electrical and Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 10 June 2004, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of this date.

Whenever a marquee is to be installed the DPS or the tenant will prepare a risk assessment relating to its use and obtain confirmation from the suppliers that it complies with the appropriate BS standard or its equivalent.
