  1. There will be an adequate number of stewards on duty at each event to ensure the safety of the public attending. The accepted ratio of stewards to people is 1 steward to 100 persons or par thereof.
  2. Stewards who are employed to provide or carry out 'security functions' must be Security Industry Authority (SIA) registered.
  3. Any person who is considered to be drunk or disorderly will be directed to leave the site.
  4. Risk assessments will be carried out for each event.
  5. Noise levels will be closely monitored.
  6. A contact number will be made available to those who may be affected by any event.
  7. Any person who is in contact with is supervising children at an event will be advised of their responsibilities.
  8. A central contact point will be designated at each event should any child require assistance.
  9. Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, will be asked to provide photographic ID.
  10. All events held at the venue will be pre-booked with at least 24hrs notice.
  11. The police will be notified at least 10 working days prior to any event held at the venue where customer numbers in excess of 500 persons are anticipated.
