Licence conditions (20)

The supply of alcohol
1 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
(a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
No alcohol shall be sold to or consumed by anyone under the age of 18 years on the premises at any time.
The premises shall not be open to the general public except for pre arranged events, bookings or other organised event.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Premises Licence Holder, the Club official, the manager or the Designated Premises Supervisor, must ensure that any capacity limit imposed under the premises licence or club premises certificate, is not exceeded.
Public Safety
Safety appliances and Electrical systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
All exit doors must be checked regularly and these checks shall be recorded in the premises/club exit door register (or any other similar document), to ensure that such doors function satisfactorily. All/any faults found, as a result of the aforementioned checks, must be rectified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Public Nuisance
The premises shall be shut promptly at all times that are directed in the Premises Licence schedule. Any licensable activities shall also cease at that time and shall not exceed any of the times that are indicated.
There must be a provision for ample parking spaces for those using or visiting the Premises, when it is in use or open to the public.
The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:

Playing of amplified music or sound All performances of amplified music or sound shall cease at 23.00 hrs.
Protection of children from harm
Any children's activities or parties taking place on the premises must have adult supervision at all times.
Children shall only be admitted to attend organised activities such as indoor or outdoor sports, drama, dancing type activities or private parties. Children shall have adult supervision at all times.
