Film Exhibition
The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years pf age, to the exhibition of film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley.
1.Where music is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of music shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises.
A Personal Licence holder shall be present on the premises whenever they are trading after 21:00 hours.
The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of Bexleyheath Pubwatch as long as it is in existence.
The provision of regulated entertainment by way of live music shall be restricted to the main bar area.
Recorded music shall be reduced to background level for the thirty-minute period immediately prior to the premises closing.
All windows shall be kept shut after 23:00 hours.
Lobby doors shall be maintained in a closed position at all times except for access and egress throughout the night, and at the end of the night once all music has ceased and customers are leaving when doors may be opened for ease of egress.
Signs will be displayed in the lobby area requesting that patrons close doors behind them quickly on entrance and exit.
Sign(s) shall be prominently displayed at the premises exit(s) asking customers to "Please leave quietly, with due regard to local residents".
The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises bar servery area.
A book, or other form of record, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme shall be recorded. The "challenge book", or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV system serving the premises shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; and b. show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original CCTV images shall be shown immediately upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
The original CCTV images or a copy shall be provided to any police officer, police community support officer or authorised person within 48 hours of a request having been made, in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
A member of staff who is conversant with operating the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times the premises is open to the public. This person must be able to show Police or authorised Council officers CCTV footage with minimal delay when requested.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training within 1 month of induction, and all staff shall receive refresher training every 6 months on: a. All requirements of the premises licence for the venue; b. The prevention of underage sales of alcohol which shall include: i. The operation of the Challenge 25 scheme; ii.
