  1. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of Practice (Latest Edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered.
  2. The CCTV system shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  3. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are open for trading.
  4. Images will be retained for a period of at least 31 days by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  5. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other appropriate means of the image within 48 hrs of the initial request being made by either the Police or Local Authority.
  6. A refusal recording system will be in operation at the premises, all staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in the system and it will record the following:
  7. Time of refusal
  8. Item refused
  9. Name or description of the person refused
  10. Reason for refusal
  11. Name of staff member making the refusal.
  12. The refusal system will be available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
  13. A Challenge 25 scheme will be adopted at the premises, all staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the scheme and such training will be recorded. Such records will be available to the Police or other responsible authority upon request.
  14. No alcohol to be sold to people under the influence of alcohol.
  15. Be aware of neighbouring properties and minimise the nuisance.
