  1. CCTV will be installed and kept in good working order. Images shall be maintained for 31 days and provided upon request by any Police Officer, Local Authority Officer or other relevant person.
  2. A noise limiter will be used to minimise the risk of noise escape.
  3. Whenever regulated entertainment is provided the doors and windows of the premises will be closed save for access and egress to the premises after 21.00hrs.
  4. Any person who appears to be under 25 years of age and is attempting to purchase alcohol shall be required to provide photographic identification showing proof of age.
