Licence conditions (9)

The licence holder and all staff shall at all times comply with all measures referred to in the "JD Weatherspoon Overview of Operations" and "JD Weatherspoon Approach to Responsible Drinking", including any amendments made to the content of the documents, or to the title of the documents, accordingly.
The DPS shall ensure that 2 members of the management team will work front of house in a supervisory role on Friday and Saturday evenings during peak trading times, such times being agreed with the Licensing Officer of Maidstone Borough Council.
The DPS shall comply with all reasonable requests from the police in respect of the River Festival, including requests for voluntary closure during specified times and the provision of suitable door staff.
All staff shall be properly trained before they are permitted to sell alcohol to the public.
Training records of staff shall be maintained along with any training material.
Refresher training of staff shall be carried out at regular intervals and records shall be maintained.
The "Challenge 21" policy and a "No ID no sale" policy shall be in place. Signs shall be in place in all serving areas and at all entrances advising of the policies, respectively.
Only documents which include a photograph shall be acceptable as proof of age.
The licence holder and all staff shall comply with the "JD Weatherspoon Drug Use and Abuse Policy", including any amendments made to the content of the document, including the title.
