Licence conditions (30)

All doors and windows shall remain closed during licensed entertainment except for access and egress. Self closers shall be fitted to external doors.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder.
CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the police that complies with The CCTV Code of Practice (2008 edition) produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered. This is also to include any exit doors, alleyways or any other areas used for the ejection of customers.
The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
CCTV shall be operational at all time that members of the public and/or staff are on the premises.
Images will be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
The Police or Local Authority will have access to these images at any reasonable time and in any case within 48 hours of the request for the image being made.
The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording by way of tape, CD Rom or any other means of the image within 48 hours of the initial request being made by either the Police or Local authority.
Staff will be fully trained in the CCTV system and there will be at least one member of staff on duty during trading hours who is able to provide a recording of any incident at the request of police or local authority.
Door supervisors will be employed at the premises from 2000 hours on Friday and Saturday evenings, or on other occasions, when required, at the licensees discretion.
A sufficient number of door staff will be employed at the premises to provide effective safety and security for the capacity. The recommended number is 1 : 100 customers.
All security staff will wear a reflective armband containing their SIA registration.
Limit checks of toilets and public places to once an hour from 18.00 - close of the premises on Fridays and Saturdays only.
Access will be given at all reasonable times to the police in order for swabs to be taken for the Ion Track Drug Testing machine.
Drinks promotions will not be permitted allowing unlimited supply of alcohol for a set price.
A responsible person at the premises will monitor the Nite Net radio at all times that the premises are trading.
No open vessels, bottles or other type of containers will be allowed outside of the licensed premises. This exclusion will not include the patio area to the rear of the premises or to the area at the front of the building whenever tables and chairs are in use.
All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the police as soon as reasonably practicable via CCTV or the radio and a register will be kept of all such incidents.
A secure facility to store controlled drugs prior to collection must be made available. . 20 Access will be given at all reasonable times to the police in order for swabs to be taken for the Ion Track Drug Testing machine.
A continuous and accurate record will be maintained of the number of patrons within the premises. These records are to be available on request. Protection of Children from Harm.
All staff will be fully trained in 'Challenge 25' and the training will be fully auditable and available to any responsible authority on request.
Notices to advise customers that 'Challenge 25' is in force will be prominently displayed in all areas.
The only proof of age that will be accepted will be a Passport, photographic driving licence or an accredited 'PASS' marked proof of age card.
At weekends and for key football matches door staff shall monior the premises to ensure public safety and to minimise nuisance.
A designated non-smoking area shall be set aside on the premises.
A risk assessment policy shall be in place.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises after 20:00
Children shall be supervised at all times.
All doors and windows will be kept closed after 21:00 hours when live or recorded music or karaoke or amplified music sound or voice is is taking place.
The volume of music or sound from within the licensed area will be controlled so that no noise is audible inside noise sensitive dwellings.
