Licence conditions (5)

The licence holder, or his representative, shall participate in the local Nightsafe scheme operating in the District.
The licence holder will ensure that the police are given at least two weeks notice of any events planned for this premises / land.
CCTV will be installed and maintained. The prevention of public nuisance.
There shall be no amplified music (including music in films and plays) for any description of regulated entertainment unless a written noise management plan appropriate to the activity taking place is submitted (2 weeks prior) to an event and approved by the Licensing Authority.
The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby properties. The protection of children from harm. During events where the sale of alcohol takes place, children under 16 will be admitted only with an accompanying adult (with the exception of the Christmas Fair where mulled wine will be served).
