Licence conditions (22)
  1. The licensee shall ensure the premises will have sufficient and competent staff on duty to fulfil the terms of the licence.
  2. The licence holder shall ensure all staff are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. This training can be done in house and the training records should be kept on the premises and must be made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the local authority or an authorised member of Suffolk Constabulary immediately upon request. This training must be updated every six months. The prevention of crime and disorder.
  3. The premise licence holder will ensure any instance of criminal nature will be reported to Police.
  4. The licence holder shall ensure the CCTV that is installed throughout the premises will be maintained and in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 7 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on demand.
  5. The Licensee will display any notices relating to crime prevention at the request of Suffolk Constabulary.
  6. The Licensee will inform the Police of the name(s) of customer(s) involved in alcohol or drug misuse.
  7. The Licensee will ensure that house managers/staff are adequately trained on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
  8. The Licensee will refuse to serve anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
  9. Where individuals are seen to be a threat to public safety the Licensee and/or staff members will call the police.
  10. The licence holder shall ensure that there are no new admissions to the premises after 02:00 Last orders will be at 02:30 with service of alcohol ceasing 02:45. Public Safety
  11. The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard at intervals recommended in national guidance and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request: - All safety equipment - Emergency lighting systems
  12. The Licensee will clearly display a fire evacuation policy every 50ft around the premises.
  13. The Licensee will ensure that regular for drills are carried out for staff.
  14. SIA door staff will be employed at events for which tickets have been sold. The prevention of public nuisance.
  15. The Licensee will operate a zero-tolerance behaviour policy.
  16. The Licensee will ensure that empty drinking glasses are collected on an efficient and regular basis.
  17. The Licensee will ensure that excessive ordering of alcohol is not allowed when last orders have been called.
  18. The Licensee will ensure that excessive drinking of alcohol is not allowed.
  19. The Licensee shall provide signage requesting customers:- - To leave the premises quietly. - Not to take drinks beyond this point. The Protection of children form harm.
  20. The Licensee will provide a designated children’s no smoking area away from any gambling/darts area and bar.
  21. All members of staff at the premises will seek ‘credible’ photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
  22. Challenge 25 will be in operation.
