  1. The garden shall be closed by 23:30, save for the designated smoking area.
  2. Advertising material for the premises and notices requesting customers to leave quietly should include a request to park in the car park first or considerately if within the village
  3. 1 . CCTV shall be installed and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
  4. Staff shall receive training on drug awareness and the prevention of drug abuse.
  5. Door supervisors shall be used when special events occur and large audiences are expected to attend. This shall be decided following discussion or negotiation with the Police or Licensing Authority.
  6. An incident book shall be kept on the premises at all times and shall be auditable. ]
  7. Toilet facilities shall be kept clean and shall be checked regularly by staff.
  8. Windows and doors shall be kept shut after 22.30 during performances of live or recorded music.
  9. Noise levels shall be reduced after 00.00hrs.
  10. Notices shall be displayed at all exits and outside areas requesting customers be quiet when leaving the premises or when using outside areas.
  11. The Garden shall be shut at 23.30hrs and notices displayed to that effect.
  12. Waste shall be stored in a secure area and emptied regularly.
  13. Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age. Proof of age may only be illustrated by a:- Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police. 'New type' driving licence with photograph. Valid UK Passport It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
  14. A refusals book shall be kept on site and shall be used to document and record all refused alcohol sales.
  15. There shall be no entertainment of an adult or sexual nature.
