Licence conditions (11)

Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
Any beverages supplied to children, shall be supplied only in plastic containers or containers or glass or constructed from toughened or shatterproof glass.
An adequate number of waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided.
Alcohol shall not be available for sale on the premises unless permitted by means of a Temporary Event Notice only. Public Safety:-
Health and Safety and Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out regularly and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
There shall be adequate numbers of staff available to ensure safety of patrons and the premises. The number of staff required shall be near to or equivalent to:- One member of staff per one hundred persons or part thereof.
Safety appliances, Fire Equipment and Electrical systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person. Public Nuisance:-
Any litter dropped or discarded on site, shall be collected and disposed of correctly to prevent nuisance.
There must be a provision for sufficient parking spaces for those using or visiting the premises, when it is in use or open to the public. Protection of Children from Harm
All persons involved in the supervision of children must be subject to the relevant background and CRB checks. Records shall be retained and shall be made available to the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or other relevant authority upon request.
There will be appropriate instruction, training and supervision of staff.
