General Conditions The Club management committee:
Will ensure that public liability insurance is maintained. Crime and Disorder The Club management committee:
Will ensure that the burglar alarm system is maintained.
Will become a member of Pubwatch.
Will adopt a policy on checking the ID of any person who appears to be under the age of 21. Public Safety The Club management committee:
Will ensure that the fire alarm system and fire extinguishers are maintained. Prevention of Public Nuisance The Club management committee:
Will ensure that notices are displayed at all exits from the building to ensure that all members and guests leave the premises quietly.
The volume of any amplification sytem used in connection with any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundary of any nearby residential property.
All external doors and windows to the premises shall be kept closed, except for routine access and egress, at all times when there are performances of live music and when there is the playing of amplified recorded music, except in the form of background music.
