Licence conditions (22)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol and the requirement for a designated premises supervisor has been disapplied, the licence must include the following conditions:
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by the management committee.
One or more Trustees and/or the manger shall be always on the premises during the sale alcohol.
Regular training of Trustees and staff. The prevention of crime and disorder
There will be enough Trustees and staff present at each event.
Plastic cups and bottles to be used outside.
There will regular glass collections.
Request photographic identification to prevent underage drinking.
There will be car park patrol by Trustees and staff if deemed necessary. Public safety
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the appropriate fire safety, and health and safety regulations are applied at the premises.
There will be sufficient lighting internally and externally including emergency lighting.
Emergency procedures will be in place.4. There shall be a designated smoking area. 5. Capacity limits will be adhered to.
Access for emergency vehicles to be always kept clear.
First aid kit will be fully stocked and available to all users. The prevention of public nuisance
Doors and windows to be kept closed.2. Noise restrictions will be added to equipment if necessary.
Speakers will be faced away from residential areas.
There will be signage in place by the exits asking people to leave quietly.5. There will be regular sound checks carried out by Trustees and staff inside and outside of the premises.
The premises licence holder will ensure that any entertainers are aware of any noise restrictions placed on them prior to commencement. The protection of children from harm
Children will not be allowed into the bar area or kitchen.
Only age-appropriate films will be shown when children may be present.
There shall be Safeguarding Policy in place with a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians or teachers during school hours.
