Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions Crime and Disorder
The licensee will procvide and maintain CCTV equipment at the premises in full working order. All recordings will be retained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or Police on request.
The Licensee will provide and maintain a burglar alarm at the premises in full working order.
All customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be required to produce a valid form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification are a proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, an EU photocard, full driving licence or passport.
The Licensee will ensure that all staff will receive full training in selling alcohol, approved forms of ID and the Challenge 21 policy. Records will be maintained of staff training. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance Protection Of Children from Harm All customers attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be required to produce a valid form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification are a proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo, an EU photocard, full driving licence or passport.
