Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
General The premises licence holder, Designated Premises Supervisor, management and staff will constantly assess any risks to the licensing objectives. They will work in partnership with the authorities and local people alike in this respect. The staff will be authorised, equipped, trained and motivated in this task.
The premises licence holder shall 1.1 ensure that a written notice of authority record for all staff who sell alcohol. 1.2 Ensure that comprehensive training for staff in the main requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 the specific measures and conditions in please to promote the Licensing Objectives and the staff roles and responsibilities. The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff shall be strained on security issues including how to identify and refuse service to customers that are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated.
The premises licence holder will ensure that CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. 2.1 Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and any internal areas where the sale of alcohol occurs. 2.2 Recordings will be available for a period of 28 days and handed to the police and other responsible authorities upon request. 2.3 CCTV equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly times and dated 2.4 The recording equipment shall be of a digital hard drive or cloud-based system and shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the premises licence holder or other responsible named individual.

The premises licence holder shall ensure that the appropriate firefighting equipment shall be installed and maintained at the premises and staff are trained in its use.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is always suitable signs and emergency warning equipment at the premise.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that that the means of escape provided for the premises shall be maintained, unobstructed, free from trip hazards as well as clearly identified in accordance with the plans provided.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that during outdoor events the event and premises management plan is fully implanted for the duration of each event. The prevention of public nuisance
The premises licence shall ensure that the premises and public areas nearby are kept free from litter associated with the operation of the business.
The premises licence holder shall ensure satisfactory arrangements will be put in place to supervise an orderly dispersal of customers when leaving the premises to ensure the minimum of noise and disturbance to residents and business.
The premise licence holder will ensure no noises generated on the premises or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that any flashing or particularly bright lights on or outside the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties, save insofar as they are necessary for the prevention of crime, litter management, perform regular litter sweeps within a 10-meter radius outside the premises. A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented requiring all customers who appear to be under the age of 25 to produce photographic identification in the form of a passport, driving licence or proof of age scheme (PASS) approved identification, before alcohol can be supplied or sold to them. All staff will be instructed, through training, that alcohol cannot be supplied or sold unless valid identification is produced.
