Licence conditions (1)

CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing images of evidential quality in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs and the public have access to. External cameras will cover the front of the premises, any front seating area and smoking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings shall be kept available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. There will be sufficient members of trained staff available to be able to download evidence with the minimum of delay. The Recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. All persons involved in the sale of alcohol by retail to undertake an internal training package within 3 months of being employed at the premises in relation to responsible retailing. Regular refresher training will also be carried out. A record of training to be maintained at the premises. This record shall be provided to any authorised Officer upon request. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carry a PASS logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. A zero drugs policy shall be adopted by the premises. Staff will make regular checks of the toilets. No open glasses, bottles or alcoholic containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area with the exception of any external drin
