Licence conditions (1)

CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing good quality images in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale, supply or consumption of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly time and date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of thirty-one days and handed to the Police on request. The recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carry a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. No open vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area with the exception of any external drinking areas covered by a valid Pavement Cafe Licence. Staff shall be trained to recognise drunk and disorderly behaviour and how to handle customers. Staff shall ensure a risk assessment is conducted every morning; and also ensure any trip or hazard risk, both inside and outside of the premises, are properly assessed. Children shall not be allowed in the bar after 20.00 hours. A notice shall be displayed stating children shall be supervised at all times.
