  1. 2 CCTV cameras are in the restaurant. Alcohol served ancillary to a meal at the restaurant. Notices shall be clearly displayed at the point of access and at the point of sale area with regards to Under age sales challenge. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carrying a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. No bottles, glasses, vessels, containers shall be allowed to be taken beyond the boundaries of the premises as indicated on the deposited plan (13/04/12) or Pavement Café Licence if operative. Children under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
