Licence conditions (1)

All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age card carry a PASS logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. The premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the local Authority knock back scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar of a similar nature that may be introduced. All staff employed at the premises will receive training every six months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. Alcohol will only be sold for consumption on the premises to those persons seated at tables and consuming food on the premises. No open vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area shown on the deposited plan. Alcohol will be stored behind the counter service area. Spirits will stored in the store room and not on general display to the public. An incident log shall be kept of any crimes/disorder committed at the premises. The number of table and chairs, as per the deposited plan, shall not be reduced. Recordable CCTV shall be in place.
