Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises. This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985.
CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly time & date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS/Responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above in conspicuous positions. A suitable Fire Risk Assessment has been conducted at the premises. Exit doors are regulary checked to ensure they function, records of these checks are kept and can be produced upon request. Notices detailing the action to be taken in the event of fire or other emergency are prominently displayed and maintained in good working condition. All fire exits and means of escape are signed in accordance with BS5499. All food waste is bagged and tied and waste collection receptacles (skips/Bins) are kept locked. Collections of refuse are made at appropriate intervals. The applicant actively supports a proof of age scheme. Age prompt on the tills alert cashiers when an age restriction product has been scanned. Signage advising staff and customers of ages for restricted products are displayed prominently in the store.
The Licence Holder shall arrange a meeting every six months to which residents of numbers 96 to 122 Fylde Road shall be invited to discuss matters concerning the operation of the premises.
