· The extension of hours may not be operative until planning consent is granted in accordance with condition 3 of the planning consent 5/1962/86
· Planning ref 5/1962/86 (3) The hours of opening of the premises shall be restricted to between 08.00 and 23.00 hours on Monday and Saturdays inclusive and to between 09.00 and 15.00 hours on Sundays.
