· Suitable and conspicuous notices shall be displayed at all entrances and exits requesting patrons to make the minimum noise when leaving.· Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all times during the event to authorised Officers of the Council's Environmental Health Team, even without prior notice.
