Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions The premises licence holder and DPS have carried out a risk assessment with consideration of the four licensing objectives. All staff will be trained to understand their responsibilities with regard to the retail sale of alcohol. Records of staff training will be maintained and updated accordingly. Crime and Disorder A CCTV camera system will be installed in the premises covering entrance and egress points in addition to the existing exterior camera cover from the adjacent hotel. The cameras will record continuously whilst the premises is open to the public and recordings shall be saved for 31 days. Recordings will be made available to the police upon request with minimum delay. A log book detailing all incidents of crime and disorder will be kept and updated accordingly. The log book will be made available to police and other responsible authorities on request. Public Safety The premises licence holder will ensure that outside lighting is provided and used during the hours of darkness when any form of licensable activity is taking place. Prevention of Public Nuisance The premises licence holder/DPS will ensure that adequate steps are in place to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site). All refuse will be disposed of in an appropriate manner. All staff will be instructed to maintain all external areas in a clean and presentable manner at all times. All external doors and windows in rooms where regulated entertainment is taking place must be kept close after 23:00, other than for access and egress. The licensee shall ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage, sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly. Protection of children from harm A Challenge 25 policy shall apply to the premises and all staff serving alcohol shall be trained in the operation of the scheme so that anyone attempting to buy alcohol who appears to be 25 years or under shall be as
