The Licensee will ensure that the school carries out risk assessments in the course of its regular routine as a public building. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that the school is alarmed and connected to Suffolk Police.
The Licensee will ensure that hirers are made aware of their responsibilities via the school’s Lettings Agreement. Public Safety
The school’s Lettings Agreement advises hirers of their responsibility, including the appointment of fire stewards, and methods of reporting incidents.
The Licensee will ensure that a First Aid kit is available when licensable activities take place. Prevention of Public Nuisance
