The pavilion is checked periodically by the Community Centre Caretaker as part of their normal security duties when the premises are not in use.
Security cameras are situated around the area of the sports pavilion.
There are no windows exposed when the sports pavilion is locked up.
No cash will be kept on the premises when not in use.
No bottles or glass receptacles will be allowed onto the playing field. Public Safety
The pavilion is part of the Kesgrave Community Centre and adheres to the normal health and safety regulations applied.
A risk assessment takes place before any event in the pavilion or on the sports field and a register is signed. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Club will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.
The Club will ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage and/or Club officials on site) to ensure that members and guests leave the premises quietly.
No loud music will be played within or around the pavilion Protection of children from harm
All members of staff at the premises will seek ‘credible’ photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
All Club members will be issued with a membership card which will include their date of birth.
Kesgrave Cricket Club will apply the “Challenge 25” rule to ensure only over 18’s are served alcohol.
A refusal register will be kept to record whenever anyone is refused alcohol.
